The Lady Grace Mysteries – TV Series

Aerialworx recently had the pleasure of teaming up with Cottonwood Media to capture breathtaking aerial footage for the upcoming BBC teen series ‘The Lady Grace Mysteries’ — a brand-new television adaptation of the beloved book series by Patricia Finney, Sara Volger and Jan Burchett.

Our aerial cinematography team utilised the DJI Inspire 3 paired with the Zenmuse 8K Air gimbal camera to deliver truly stunning 8K-quality footage. With this cutting-edge technology, we were able to capture dynamic and cinematic aerial sequences of the cast and characters, immersing audiences in the rich historical world of the series.

Led by talented newcomer Evie Coles as the courageous Lady Grace, the production brought together an incredible creative team and a host of beautiful, historic locations. Among them were the iconic Brancepeth Castle and Raby Castle, both nestled within the breathtaking countryside of County Durham.

Filming across these dramatic locations allowed us to showcase the grandeur, mystery, and elegance that define ‘The Lady Grace Mysteries.’ It was a privilege to contribute to such a visually stunning and story-rich production — and we can’t wait for audiences to experience the magic on screen when the series airs on the BBC.
