Stef is a highly experienced CEO and founder of Arialworx, she has been at the forefront of the aviation industry for over 30 years. As the Chief Pilot, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role, having flown on over 550 productions.
With over 10 years of experience as a pilot for TV and film, she has become an expert in flying cinematic heavy-lift and FPV drones. Stef’s passion for aviation and her extensive experience in the field make her an invaluable asset to any production team. Pete Stanton
Pete is a highly experienced drone camera and gimbal operator, with over 12 years of experience in TV and film production. He has worked on hundreds of productions all over the globe, bringing his expertise and attention to detail to every project.
Pete is familiar with a range of cameras, including the Arri Alexa Mini, Alexa LF, RED, High Speed and FLIR cameras, ensuring that he can capture the perfect shot every time.
Pete is also our Safety Officer, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and in compliance with regulations. He is also first aid trained, ready to provide assistance in case of any emergency.
Brad Newman
Brad is a skilled drone pilot who specializes in building and flying FPV drones. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, Brad has become an expert in capturing stunning aerial footage.
He is proficient in flying a range of drones including the DJI Inspire 3, Inspire 2, DJI Mini 4 Pro alongside our FPV Drones, ensuring that he can choose the right tool for the job. Brad is particularly adept at operating in city centres, where his skills and experience enable him to navigate complex environments and capture unique shots.

Alisa MacCallum-Williams
Alisa is our Business Development and Marketing Manager who is responsible for a wide range of tasks related to the growth and success of Aerialworx.
Her responsibilities include website development, social media marketing, branding, and business growth. Alisa is also in charge of networking and liaising with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
Another important aspect of her role is researching new marketing opportunities and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends. Alisa’s expertise and dedication make her an invaluable asset to Aerialworx.
Chris Telford
Chris is a highly experienced drone pilot with over 10 years of experience in TV and film production. He has also been involved in radio control for over 30 years, giving him a deep understanding of drone technology and operations.
Chris is proficient in flying both drones and fixed-wing aircraft. He also has extensive experience building custom FPV drones, which allows him to tailor the equipment to the specific needs of each project using his technical expertise and passion for aerial cinematography.
Chris has also worked as a university tech assistant, conducting research into drone technology. Chris’s work as a drone researcher has given him a unique perspective on the latest developments in the field and he is always up to date with the latest trends and advancements.
Denis Stretton
Denis is a highly experienced drone pilot who brings over 30 years of radio control helicopter and fixed-wing experience to his role. He has been flying drones commercially for over 10 years and is proficient in flying heavy lift and medium lift drones for a range of applications.
Denis has been working with Aerialworx since 2014 and has played a key role in the company’s success over the years. He has over 10 years of experience as a pilot in TV and film production, making him an expert in capturing stunning aerial footage.
With his technical expertise and attention to detail. His passion for aerial cinematography and his commitment to excellence makes him an excellent addition to any project.
James & Ben
James and Ben are our Software Engineers who are responsible for software development and innovation of our custom UAV solutions.
Their skills include, but are not exclusive to, UAV Flight Controller modifications, Air-side Artificial Intelligence (AI), Air-side Machine Learning (ML), Swarming and Networking.
Specialise in coding for drones AI (artificial intelligence) ML (machine learning) flight controller software, lidar and other drone related software requirements. Ben and James are also both competent pilots and have been flying single operator since 2022.
